CHRISTIAN EDUCATION CENTER “DIAMOND"
Prayer letter -- February 2008  

Dear Trina,

December and January is specific time with Christmas and New Year projects. We realize such projects in Diamond's Clubs as well as in other places like Primary School, hospital and pirivate houses. We warmly invite you to join us in prayers:

1. We would like to thank God for our friends who took part in “Diamond" Anniversary Fund! The amount you have donated enable us to realize some activities. We invite other people to take part in this special challenge. We are very grateful to all the people who supported our Christmas projects!

3. We are thankful to God for Christmas Party for over 100 children whom are under care of Town's Social Department in Bialystok. The party took place on 11th of January in 47 Primary School in Bialystok. Children and their parents took part in many interesting games and contests. Among others there was a contest of teams skiing on "hairy skin" and "through-age" line pulling. Young artists presented some vocal, drama and dancing abilities. The meeting has ended with the visit of Santa Claus, who gave out a whole mountain of presents.

4. We thank God for  the meeting with teenagers in Psychiatric Hospital in Choroszcz. We were happy to give them Christmas gifts. It was nice possibility to talk with them about  Greatest Gift, which human have received in the Person of Christ.

5. We are grateful to God for the meetings with our friends from Orphanage in Suprasl. We had a chance to share the joyful atmosphere of holidays. The children were happy to receive Christmas parcels. We all  felt as one big family united with love and kindness.

6. Please pray for our every day's ministry with children in need. We not only organize the activities and meals for them but we also participate in their looking for important answers for difficult life questions, we take part in their experiences, which are sometimes painful. Every day we face the challenge to show them the values that make people's life better and richer. We try to show them in practical way the message about the God's Love.
