Retool Kit Pathway
WHAT IS RETOOL?
The Retool Kit Pathway is a two-year, coach led process that enables a church to renew leaders, renew biblical community and refocus vision for ministry.
Retool is a process or journey, rather than a program, one that engages a “vision community” (15-25 leaders) around six-mini-retreats which helps to lay a spiritual foundation that prepares and leads the church to identify God’s vision for that church and to develop strategies and action plans needed to implement the vision for at least the next 3-5 years.
Each participating church works with a Retool trained coach for the two years along the pathway. Our region currently has eleven Retool coaches available to work with participating churches. Click to learn more about the Retool Kit Pathway.
